ORA Developers is to set new benchmarks in hospitality in Mykonos, Greece with the development of the luxurious 5-star Silversands Hotel. The 41,780 sqm hotel, boasting 93 rooms, is now eligible for a Bond Loan Facility of up to Euro 111.7 million, which will be provided by Piraeus Bank S.A as the exclusive lender of the hotel. This facility aims to finance a part of the hotel’s design, development, and construction costs, with a lifetime of up to 12 years.
